Callio sends SMS messages only to recipients who have provided consent. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, missed call follow-ups, and customer support responses. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Recipients may opt in verbally, through website contact or appointment forms, or other documented methods supported by Callio. We keep records of consent where applicable.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties, except with service providers who assist in delivering messages on our behalf (such as Twilio). This does not apply to subcontractors who perform services on our behalf.
